I had my new patient visit with Dr. Martin. She was so sweet and helpful. Jo was the young lady who greeted me walking in. She was extremely welcoming and friendly, always making sure I was doing okay or if I had any questions. Roxane was the hygienist assigned to me. Davenport Dental Group on Junction Dr. has an AMAZING staff! Everyone is so friendly and efficient! I never had to wait more than 5 min in their lobby. When you make an appointment to be seen at a certain time they keep their word! Which is a nice change for me. Highly recommend! 🙂 🙂 🙂
I’d give 5+ if it were available. I’ve been coming to Davenport Dental for around 17 years (I think a little longer?). I mentioned to all the Michelles (😉) up front in administration area after today’s appointment, that if all doctors offices were like this practice, health care would be amazing (not just dental care – which is important for our overall health!). I’m an “older” patient (😆), been through at least 5 dentists over the past 6 decades (I keep ’em until I move) & Davenport Dental is *the* best. Even now that it’s the awesome Dr. Martin & not the awesome Dr. Davenport (the dad; hopefully having fun in retirement?), the quality of service & care continues to be top notch. I’ve paid attention through the years at Davenport to how both patients & staff are treated. Staff is consistently professional, friendly, & helpful. The dental assistants are given regular training to keep them up to date in the field. If employees are treated w/ respect, which Davenport Dental ‘s employees seem to be, that gets paid forward to how the patients are treated. And going to the dentist is the least favorite of my health care visits – I just don’t like having my mouth worked on – so it helps to have a great team & positive environment. Excellent service! The whole staff is amazing. I used to hate going to the dentist. My uncle always took care of any and all work I ever needed growing up. After he passed it was hard to find an office that did great work from the simplest to the most complicated procedures. I can honestly say I feel at home at this office. From day one. They will change your mind on your first visit. We’ve had services performed by different staff and the performance is consistently flawless. The office is extremely clean and disinfectants are readily available.
